ICBP’S FULL YEAR FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021

• Consolidated net sales increased 22% to Rp56.80 trillion  
• Income from operations increased 27% to Rp11.66 trillion
• Core profit increased 18% to Rp6.85 trillion

 

Jakarta, 31 March 2022 – PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (“ICBP” or the “Company”) today announced its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2021. ICBP posted 22% growth in consolidated net sales to Rp56.80 trillion from Rp46.64 trillion last year.

 

Income from operations increased 27% to Rp11.66 trillion from Rp9.20 trillion, and operating margin expanded to 20.5% from 19.7%. Income for the year attributable to equity holders of the parent entity decreased 3% to Rp6.39 trillion from Rp6.59 trillion last year due to unrealized forex loss arising from financing activities (compared to unrealized forex gain arising from financing activities in 2020); net margin was 11.2% compared to 14.1% in 2020. Without taking into account the non-recurring items and foreign exchange difference, core profit grew 18% to Rp6.85 trillion from Rp5.82 trillion.
