Jakarta, 31 May 2018 – Today, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (“ICBP” or the “Company”) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) and obtained the approval for all the proposed resolutions.

At the AGM, the shareholders approved among others:

• The Board of Directors’ annual report on the activities and financial results of the Company for the year  ended 31 December 2017;
• Dividend payout of Rp162 per share to be paid on 3 July 2018; and
• To accept the resignation of all members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors in conjunction with the expiration of their term of office at the closing of the AGM with appreciation and gratitude for their valuable contribution and services to the Company; and to approve the appointment of the proposed members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company for the period starting from the end of this AGM until the closing of AGM year 2021, with the following composition:
