Mr. Susanto, 56, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed by the Board of Commissioners (“BOC”) as the member of the Audit Committee (“AC”) as stated in the resolution of the BOC dated 26 June 2018. He is serving his second term in the AC, and is concurrently a member of the AC at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (“SIMP”) (2019-present) and an Independent Director at Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. (2007-present).
He was previously an Independent Commissioner and member of the AC at SIMP (2010-2013), and a member of the AC at PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (2013-2019) and PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (2013-2018). Mr. Susanto has served as Director at ING Indonesia Bank (1996-2005), Head of Corporate Marketing at BNP Lippo Utama Leasing (1993-1996), and Corporate Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank in Jakarta and Singapore (1990-1993).
Mr. Susanto obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in 1987 and a Master of Commerce degree in 1989 from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
